We have been working extensively with the NHS since 2008. We understand the importance of improving the Patient Experience and the link between experience of care and outcomes as well as the pressures to achieve those outcomes. We have delivered numerous Patient Experience and Customer Care training programmes to NHS front-line staff throughout the UK. Local clients include St George’s NHS Hospital Trust, West London Mental Health Trust, Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust, North West London ICP, Orpington Hospital, Medway Community Healthcare. Three years ago we were selected to be on the framework for the North West Collaborative Commercial Agency, approved to deliver training to 48 NHS Trusts in the North West of England. Programmes were delivered to both hospital and community services. 

 In 2012 we had an article published in the NHS Patient Experience Journal – ‘Training frontline staff to give their patients a positive experience’.
