Craft and deliver stories that inspire, connect, and influence

Stories aren’t just for the stage — they’re one of the most powerful tools we have in business. Whether you're pitching an idea, leading a team, building a brand, or driving change, a well-told story connects on a human level. This experiential workshop helps participants unlock the power of storytelling to communicate values, build trust, and move people to action.

We explore not just how to tell a story — but when and why stories work. Participants learn how to shape their personal and professional experiences into authentic narratives that resonate with others.

This highly practical session combines short plenary insights with skills practice, giving each participant the opportunity to craft and deliver their own business-relevant story and receive feedback on clarity, authenticity, and impact.

In this workshop we look at the types of stories and when to use them. How can we structure a story that will grab and keep our audiences attention as well as make it relevant.

Participants will work individually and in small groups to craft a story that they can take back into the workplace and use to influence, inspire and motivate others.
