Activation work with highly experienced Actor facilitators on a regular basis, all of whom are familiar with the company’s ethos, delivery and style.

Our actor facilitators have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our various training methodologies and techniques. As theatre practitioners they create a warm, safe environment for participants to practice their skills through roleplay and provide constructive feedback.

By authentically portraying emotions and behaviours, our actor-facilitators make the learning experience highly engaging, practical, and memorable — helping participants better understand their personal impact and build lasting skills.
