Influencing skills
Learn how to positively influence others
Influencing is at the heart of effective leadership, collaboration, and communication. In this highly practical workshop, participants will explore the art and science of influence — learning how to adapt their approach to different personalities, situations, and environments.
Through a blend of engaging plenary sessions and focused skills practice, the workshop introduces key tools and frameworks, followed by experiential exercises that bring the learning to life. Whether influencing peers, senior leaders, clients, or stakeholders, participants leave with greater self-awareness, practical tools, and renewed confidence to influence with clarity and impact.
